Bug Report Formatter

Paste Claude Code's findings or log bugs manually, then export as Markdown for Jira or Slack.

After running the PR validation in Claude Code, paste the findings output here. The parser picks up numbered lists, severity labels (P0–P3), and fields like Steps: Expected: Actual:.

Severity

Upload a CSV file with a header row. Columns are matched by name — required: Title. Optional: Severity Steps Expected Actual Environment Notes.
